Even if a new Mitch Hedberg album wasn't exciting enough, now there's going to be a national multi-venue comedy tribute show to coincide with the release:

"Do You Believe in Gosh" is the long-awaited third album from comedy icon, Mitch Hedberg, set for release on COMEDY CENTRAL RECORDS on Tuesday, September 9.  Recorded two months prior to his death, the album contains nearly 40 minutes of previously unreleased stand-up material.  The CD captures most of the material Hedberg was working on for what would have been his next full-length album in a free-form show with a large amount of audience interaction.  The album pulses with Hedberg's inimitable wit and spirit and is a document of a comedy master.

Andrew Norelli was a regular on the sketch comedy show Seriously Unusual Television, and has performed sketch and stand-up since 1998. He's performed with Jay Leno, Dave Chappelle, Bob Saget, Howie Mandel, Garry Shandling, and Kevin Nealon. His humor is part social commentary, part random absurdity. He is at times offensive, but always with comedic intent. Andrew's family is from New York, but he was raised in California. He is a perfect blend of East and West Coast mentality. His stand-up can be seen on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham."

WINNER OF 2005 SEATTLE INTERNATIONAL COMEDY COMPETITION!

If you were to ask audiences and industry executives to describe Lamont Ferguson's comedy, they all echo similar words: Original, engaging, clever, intelligent and funny.  No, make that very, very funny.

Lamont Ferguson has been making people laugh ever since he learned to speak.  Some urban folklore even has it that he was a funny fetus.  Whatever the case, he has emerged as one of the best stand-ups to ever take the stage.

After watching Lamont perform, one can't help but see the influences of such great comedians as Bill Cosby, Mort Sahl and Richard Pryor.  From family to relationships to social commentary, Lamont's material is universal and always uniquely his own humorous point of view.

His professionalism has made him a highly requested guest on radio talk shows and television shows across the country.

When it comes to seeing a hilarious performer go see Lamont Ferguson.

Hello, I'm Matt and I've been a stand-up comedian since the tail end of 2001. It's all been going quite well. This August I took my first solo show to the Edinburgh Fringe. It also went quite well. Just after that I went on the road with Ed Byrne for his last tour. Now that's over, I'm working towards my 2007 show and I'll be performing all over the country, maybe near you. If you come to one of my gigs I'll be performing very near you as I'm not particularly famous.

It was Jimmy's scene-stealing performance as the lollipop-sucking strip club bouncer in Columbia Pictures' GO, directed by Doug Liman (SWINGERS), that jumpstarted his film career. Since, he has landed several roles in films such as Jerry Bruckheimer's "Coyote Ugly" and Fox Searchlight Pictures' ONE HOUR PHOTO, starring Robin Williams (which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2002), and this coming January he can be seen in "The Italian Job" starring Charlize Theron, Ed Norton, and Mark Walhberg. He has also been seen on numerous television shows including ER, KING OF QUEENS (recurring), RUDE AWAKENINGS, ANGEL, ONCE AND AGAIN, SECRET SERVICE GUY and YOUTH IN REVOLT, FX's new show "LUCKY" which will premiere in April with John Corbette. Jimmy, of course, wants more? namely, a regular sitcom part, an Comedy Central 1/2 hour comedy special, and a lead role in an indie film.

Kristin Key seems like any other sweet, sexy, well-behaved preacher’s daughter… until she opens her mouth.  Her fearless style of comedy has earned her the title “The Preacher’s Kid Gone Wild.”  Kristin Key, one of the youngest headliners working the road today, began at the age of 19 as the house MC for the Amarillo Comedy Club. Frustrated at the limitations for success in a small town and desperate to find another way, she set out to try open mic night at the local comedy club. She was told she was too young to  get into the club. The owners eventually softened, let her on stage, and instantly realized her potential. She was offered a standing M.C. position which she took advantage of week after week. Key says, "I was 19, I didn't know any better. I dropped out of college, quit my job and thought that comedy would pay the bills...I guess I had stars in my eyes, but I spent every day up at the comedy club learning from other comics and taking it all in. Looking back, I was really lucky to get that much stage time. I got paid $75 a week, but the experience was priceless."
While others her age were heading off to college and working part time jobs, this preachers kid spent night after night in comedy clubs finding new ways to explain and entertain with her unique life experiences. Her quick wit and natural comic timing turned the heads of club owners in the surrounding areas and soon she took to the road. She played comedy clubs, bars, casinos, and one nighters anywhere that would let her. Small shows in the Texas panhandle turned into 35 states worth of comedy over the next 5 years as she climbed the comedy ladder one rung at a time. Audiences couldn't help but love the rapid fire edgy style of comedy comming from the "Preacher's Kid", and though female comics struggled to find work she was booked not for being a woman, but for simply being funny.
